Record the date, units, source, and whether each value is measured, recalled, or an assumption. Keeping that context beside the result is more useful than displaying extra decimal places.
The score is deliberately a checklist summary rather than a claim that a workstation is safe. Five well-addressed checks and one partly addressed check produce 11 out of 12 points, or about 92/100. The lower-scoring item still gives the most actionable next step. The worked example is a reasonableness check, not a target or an expected result for every person. Recalculate with your own inputs and keep full precision until the displayed rounding step.
The formula is deliberately transparent about its boundary. It does not automatically include every factor that affects real life, so a result should be interpreted with the missing variables in mind. A clean limitation is safer than a hidden correction factor.
Where uncertainty is material, compare a plausible low, central, and high scenario. If the conclusion changes across those scenarios, the uncertainty is itself the next thing to investigate. Do not turn a population average into a personal measurement simply because the arithmetic is precise.
