Mayo LC-MS/MS reports 15–350 pg/mL for premenopausal adults, <10 pg/mL postmenopause, and 10–40 pg/mL for adult males; because Mayo does not split premenopausal results by phase, that interval appears for each cycling choice. Conversion uses 1 pg/mL = 1,000 ÷ 272.38 = 3.671 pmol/L and is rounded only for display.
